Fido phone

Bought Fido phone. Account says phone is not a Fido phone. So why was I sold a non Fido phone. Where did phone come from? But that explains why I am locked out of some apps. Cannot change permissions. And locked out of tethering. Any ideas where phone came from? Also account will not show usage for text or calls.

If your account shows that you're using a non-Fido phone, that would simply mean that the IMEI wasn't added to the account. It isn't a confirmation that the phone isn't one of ours.

Where exactly was the phone bought and what's the model of the phone?
