I'm not quite sure I understand. What do you mean when you said you put the Fido Network on your phone? Do you have a Fido SIM? If yes, then you would be using the Fido Network (unless you're outside of Fido/Rogers coverage). Any settings input in your phone would be required for use on the Fido network. Removing them would likely make your phone not work properly. There are no specific roaming settings you have to remove. You could verify your roaming data is disabled, however that is a phone setting and has nothing to do with the Fido network...
Could you please explain what you would like to remove from your phone?
