I don't think the advertisement is false. However, it does make unfortunate use of a symbol to denote the meaning and. The advertisement shows Galaxy S22 +, not Galaxy S22+. The former would denote the Galaxy S22 device and the Galaxy Buds bundle, not the latter as a device. I do understand how the confusion might arise, though. It might be more appropriate for them to use the words and or the & symbol instead.
