Failed to unlock Fido's LG G5

I am using a Fido LG G5. I tried to unlock it. The unlock code is on the sticker attached to the box. I tried the unlock code twice, failed twice. I stopped trial. I compared the IMEI shown in the settings menu with the IMEI on the box, they are same. Why is the unlock code not working? What should I do next? Thanks

I would suggest you contact customer service and have them provide the unlock code to make sure it is correct one you are using.

I talked to customer service. He gave me the correct unlock code. The last digit of the code on my box is wrong. Issue resolved. Thanks!
