Someone has gotten access to my fido account and fraudulently tried to upgrade my phone and has made themselves the primary account holder on my account so I am unable to view my bills, change my email, nothing!!! I have left numerous voicemails for a call back from the fraud department and I have still not heard anything back. It has been over 4 weeks that I have been trying to get in contact with someone from the fraud department so I am becominge extremely impatient and need to get this resolved as soon as possible considering someone has access to my personal information. If I am unable to get this resolved soon I will be canceling my plan and switching over to another provider immediately.
