I recently moved into a new building.
I've noticed that all my calls are suddenly dropped after a few minutes even though I seem to have a strong signal initially. It doesn't matter which room I am in when on the call.
Also, I have discovered I haven't been receiving my voicemails for the last 5 days. People have left them and the only reason I checked was because people told me. Otherwise my phone is not indicating that I have voicemail anymore.
Is this a tower signal issue in my new area or could it be my phone that is causing the issues?
I don't use my phone much during the day to be able to compare.
Thanks!

I have a Nokia - not sure of model. It's about 2 years old.
The sim card is much, much older. I couldn't even say how old.
I have confirmed calls are dropping outside of my new place also, that I am not being alerted of voicemail messages outside of the new place as well.

If this has been going on for a bit then it is most likely due to the sim card or the device itself.
Without the device model I cannot give you the instructions for a reset to factory settings. You can try going to a Fido store and testing another sim card or use a friends sim card to isolate the problem to the device or the sim card
