We do offer certain pre-owned models at the moment.
These are devices that were returned to us and we can't sell as new because the box was opened. Not to worry though, technicians (authorized by the manufacturer) test and restore those phones to pristine cosmetic and working condition to ensure they meet Grade A standards, meaning that they're in great condition with no easily visible scratches, blemishes or other physical marks.
You can order your Certified Pre-owned device on fido.ca or through Customer Care, however those devices are not available in store.
