Disappointed- Fido/Rogers techs can solve change Home Phone # rings for VM

I had called 3 times and was escalated to Rogers support by Fido helpdesk.. but none of them gave me the solutions to change number of rings before my Home Phone voice message.. Look up to the past posts... no strict answers..Am I the only one that have the same problem or am I technical challenged?

Welcome to the community!

 

  If you have a post-paid account (or home phone), it's possible to extend the number of rings to 6 (30 seconds) before a call is forwarded to voicemail.

 

  You can send a PM to @FidoSolutions here in the Community or choose another way to Contact Fido if you'd like to update your voicemail to 6 rings (taken from here).
