Hi there,
I upgraded two phones on my account. I only received one of my order per email.
i upgrade one of my phone at about 23:30 today Aug 19,2021 and the second line, I upgraded right after the first one.
one upgrade is pick up at store, in which I received the order confirmation per email.
second upgrade is delivery option, in which I did not received an email about my order.
could you please help me ?

Hey @P09,
There can be a delay of 24 hours for you to receive the email confirmation for an order. Did you end up receiving the email and have you also checked your Junk / Spam folder?
