I got device 28 of aug, and lost job, could not pay the bills as is much for me. I called customer service and told them I wanted to return and keep my sim. They reject and still call the help line and the lady who spoke was so rude, never allowed me to speak with supervisor. I have been Fido customer since 2017

Sorry to hear you lost your job and I hope you find something else soon.
In regards to returning your device and cancelling your contract, Fido offers 15-30 days return depending on how the purchase was made if you are beyond then the only way out of the contract is to pay off the remaining balance of the device you can get more info here. This is within the rules set by the CRTC see here.
