I'm sorry to hear about this, our shipping delays are longer than usual these days. Mostly because of the holiday season that recently just ended, but there's also a shortage of microchips making it harder to obtain these devices.
That being said, the delay for certified pre-owned (CPO) devices is usually up to 2 weeks (unless otherwise specified). I would suggest that you get in touch with our customer service, they'll be able to check your account and see what might be causing this delay.
