Hi, I've been a customer of Fido for 10+ years - just in the last couple weeks i've been having to top up my data. I'm now at 12g and i checked to see how much it would take to send a simple 2 line message via imessage and it wiped our 1.3g. I had no issues while i was on a contract - i never went beyond 6g and if i had to top up, there was alway gigs left over before the bill cycle ran out. This is my first month not on a contract and i've had 12g bleed even before my bill cycle was up. And no i don't download movies or Apps or on youtube using my data. Wondering if anyone's experienced this? PS. Fido Customer Solutions was no help - just said to check the Apps running in the back ground. Funny there have been no changes to my settings on which Apps i chose to have run on data. Beyond frustrated.
