When I call my parents' landline from my Nokia C6-00, we get disconnected several times during any conversation. This doesn't happen when I call any other number, including other long distance numbers and other long distance numbers to the same area code. It also doesn't happen to my parents when anyone else calls them. I tried deleting them as a contact and putting them in again, but that made no difference. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello DaleA!
I would suggest that you collect some examples and that you write down as much information as you can such as:
- Dates and times
- Phone number called
- Did it work using your SIM in another Fido phone
Once you have collected the information, you may call our technical support team from a phone other than your Fido and request to have the matter escalated with our network support team for further investigation to be done.
Please keep us updated, I'd like to know what the outcome is
