Charged to replace SIM card

Fido charged me for changing SimCard while their simcard wasn't fit for new phone device. They never waived that for me while it was their fault, very bad customer service!!!!!

Really sorry to hear this, you definitely shouldn't have to pay for a new SIM card if we didn't send you the right one in the first place. 

 

Some stores charge a fee for a new SIM card, but you can simply contact our customer service and we'll be able to help.

Unfortunately, this is very common .

 

There are so many "indy" Fido/Rogers stores which have their own rules and fees.  There is no way to idenfity which are officla "flagship" stores.

 

Feel free to complain to the CCTS and they will have Fido's Office of the President contact you.
