Certified pre-owned mobile

I have ordered an pre-owned iphone 12 mini on 01-aug-2022. Received an mail "Hardware order update" on 07-aug but it just back order details.

When will they confirm the order? If not, How many days it will take for Fido to deliver the mobile?

Fido-Roger, just gives fake promises in website to customer when it comes to buying pre-owned mobile. Does Bell and Telus have the same issue?
