Cannot initiate phone device trade-in online

Hello,

I keep getting an error message when I try to initiate a phone trade in online. I am thinking it is because my IMEI number on file with Fido is not updated so they are unable to recognize the current device I am using. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.
