Cannot initiate phone device trade-in online

Hello,

I keep getting an error message when I try to initiate a phone trade in online. I am thinking it is because my IMEI number on file with Fido is not updated so they are unable to recognize the current device I am using. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hello,

I was able to initiate the online trade in. However, I am currently unable to ship my phone using the prepaid shipping label as Canada Post is on strike. The trade in agreement stated that the phone needs to be sent within 30 days, but i am concerned that i may not meet this deadline as there is no end in sight for the Canada Post strike.

Is there another way for me to ship the phone (other than Canada Post)? Thanks.
