Cannot find my device un the Fido.ca/trade page to trade my device

Hi,

I would like to trade my phone but cannot find it in the category list of fido.ca/trade

My phone is a Samsung S10e

Can I visit a service outlet to have the trade done or is it only online?

If the device is not in the list, it is likely not available to traded in. 

However you can always verify in participating Fido stores to be certain
