Can't sync media

I have a Blackberry Curve 9360.  I can't sync pictures from my computer to my phone - message says "Your device has insufficient storage to sync media".  I have 81 MB of available memory.  Can anyone help?  I've never had this problem before.  Thanks in advance.

What is the size of the files you are trying to transfer? Is it possible that the files combined get over 81Mb?

Hi Matt

The combined size of the files is 600 kb.  Plus my Whatsapp keeps telling me I need a media card - I have one.  I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the phone.  I've NEVER had a problem before syncing pics from my desktop to the Blackberry. Thanks in advance.

I've downloaded a Blackberry software link from Fido and it seems to have fixed the problem.  Thanks.
