I am difficulty activating my voicemail. Each I follow the voice prompt after pressing "1" to enter my fido 10 digit phone number followed by #, I get the message it is an invalid entry. It is not invalid as it is my phone number and a correct entry. I would like to know how to resolve this and I appreciate any useful feedback.
