Can someone explain how this promotion works? It states both $10 off/month and $5 off/month but when I check out, nothing is applied.

These promotional discounts usually do not appear when you checkout, but they are mentioned in the email confirmation details and your invoice. The two discounts should be applied to the plan.

So I just checkout and then pray that the promo is applied? Doesn't seem like an honest practice by Fido

Hello again @Dentzy, I understand how you might feel about it, this is how they have always been doing it as far as I'm aware. Fido just doesn't get it they need to show all these discounts and promotions when someone is confirming the order, from my experience I haven't had any issues with any discount/promotion not being applied after.

The support agent just told me it is a website glitch so I am not sure who to believe? Everyone is saying something different and there is no coherency between answers.
