It says my voice mail number is 1 587 737 0210 but when I checked online it says Fido's official voicemail number is 1 416 821 6549.
Is this supposed to be right?
I'm concerned because whenever I try to open voicemail it shows a notification where it says "Number changed by SIM. : +1587730210"
If this is a problem should I go into an in person to get this fixed?
Hello @Kawarak ,Fido has a few different voice mail calling numbers depending in where you are/live. I called it and it looks to be based in Alberta. It didn't connect and said the person i was calling was unavailable. I'm in BC. You can call *611 to contact Fido and have them check if that's a valid number for you and have them reset your voice mail for you. Did you have a different Sim in your device that may have changed your setting? Does restarting your device fix it? If calling 611 doesn't work for you, Here are other ways to obtain support.
