Can someone explain how this promotion works? It states both $10 off/month and $5 off/month but when I check out, nothing is applied.I spoke to support and they said they see nothing on my account?
The support agent just told me it is a website glitch so I am not sure who to believe? Everyone is saying something different and there is no coherency between answers.
