When i tried inserting my sim card in my Galaxy S4 it got jammed and now i can't get it out. The sim card slot is definitely broke. It's been less than 15 days since the purchase, can I get it exchanged or am I screwed here?

Since the satisfaction guarantee does not cover physical damage, I'm afraid this would be considered out of warranty. Exchanging/returning would not be possible at this point. That being said; it would be up to the store to make the exception of taking the phone back or exchanging it if an exception as such can be made.
