It is now a Friday. I got my new Samsung a5 on last Friday, so I've had it for a week exactly. My camera has stopped working completely. I have restarted the phone and restarted the camera app. Nothing changed ! Help !!

Sorry to learn that you're having trouble with the camera on your device. Have you tried restoring the phone completely?
Also, devices can be exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date if the device is defective. The exchange is done at original point of purchase.
If the phone was purchased in a store, the exchange will be done in store directly.
If you ordered it online or through Customer Care, let us know and we'll send you a PM to look at this with you
