It is now a Friday. I got my new Samsung a5 on last Friday, so I've had it for a week exactly. My camera has stopped working completely. I have restarted the phone and restarted the camera app. Nothing changed ! Help !!

I got it through the mail through good customer care. How would I go about restoring the complete phone? I've just switched from Apple to android and have no idea how to work the phone correctly..
