Sent my brand new (two week old) Iphone for repair of a minor screen scratch and brightstar mailed me back a refurbished phone saying they do not have the parts to repair the screen. Called brightstar asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for an hour. Called again and was again told my call was being transferred to a supervisor but was put on hold for an hour. Will call again. But I am so angry!! How can they ship me back a refurbished phone saying they can't repair a small screen scratch on a two week old brand new phone. They better send me back my phone. I will get it repaired elsewhere. I do not trust them at all. What a scam!!
