BlackBerry Bold caller ID displays "unknown number"

Hi 

I am using a Black Berry Bold but the caller ID always displays " unknown number "

Is it the phone or the Fido Plan I am using.

Please comment ?

Do you have a plan that includes call display? Are you seeing that information with all the calls that you receive or just some of them. 

Did you try to reboot your phone?

It happens with all the calls, local or international.

I have tried to reboot the phone, doesn't help.

How do I find out if call display is part of my plan or not ?
