Hi @ErnieAd

The charger ou your usb wire is not working correctly, is not supplying enough power, so the battery is not charging. Example the battery use 14mah per second, and the charger give 8mah, the battery will decrease 6mah per second, so not charging.

The best thing to do is to change the charger and the usb wire. Buy at least a charger with 1Amp (Ampere), to charge the battery. Don't use 500ma charger. Use only 1Amp charger and up!

Have a nice day Smiley

Hello ErnieAd,

  Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your phone charging. One of the more common reasons would relate to the cord and/or power supply. Other potential issues could relate to the charging port itself. Damaged or dirty ports could impede charging even though connected to a cord and power supply. You can also find other potential issues here and here.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers
