Hello folks!
After 12 to 13 years with Fido, I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different carrier when looking at the way they treat their clients. I have recently ordered a Samsung Z flip 6 blue and was supposed to receive it after few days.. However it's been almost two weeks now. To get the new phone i had to switch to a more expensive plan.. So now i'm paying a more expensive plan without the phone.
I talked to different fido customer service guys and they assured me that they have received new stocks and that mine should be shipped in the coming days.. A day later, i received an email saying my order was delayed for at least another 4 weeks or more.
i'm traveling in the coming days and can't wait another month without a phone, while paying for a more expansive phone.
Just saw that Bell has the same phone and will offer a cheaper price plan for a new customer. After 12 years with Fido, I'm paying same price as a new customer at BELL. Does-it make any sens?
I will wait 5 more days.. if still don't receive the phone, i will cut my account along with my family's.

Really sorry to read about your experience. We try as much as possible to keep our inventory up to date on our website. However it does happen that certain models go out of stock and you always have the option to cancel your order to go with a different device or model instead.

Wow.. i ordered mine 3-4 days ago and its also backordered.. IDK why are they keep posting add to lure a customer and make them wait for more than a month to get the product.. leta see how much time it takes otherwise I'll cancel my order and connection and bell it is.. i was thinking about it now you gave me one more reason my friend.. but they say it will take 2 weeks leta see what happens...
