Android P for Huawei P20

Hi, anybody get their Huawei P20 update to android P. Mine still not, even fido schedule said 'Rollout from Dec 17-Jan 9'.

I haven't received update for my Huawei P20 yet.

Last week I sent my IMEI and today I sent again through PM to @FidoSolutions.

Android P has already been released for the P20 and all those with that device should have already received the update, thus, for any customers that have the P20 and have yet to receive the update, we ask that you reach out in PM to provide your IMEI number to @FidoSolutions so that we can investigate.

What do you mean "Coming soon would be the update for the January SMR + other updates. Android P has been released for the P20 already". Some of us still not get Android P yet.

It seems most users haven't gotten it yet. I'm pretty much resigned to the fact that I won't see this update today and maybe not for weeks. Rogers taking down the update from their OS update schedule was an ominous sign.

Im in the same boat. Keep checking the update tab and there's no update to android 9.0

I foresaw exactly this situation. I’m waiting for the update on my P20 Pro and that rollout expires in 2 more days.All Fido keeps saying is don’t worry it’ll arrive shortly. I’m not holding my breath.

I've been checking my phone system update twice a day since Dec 17 the rolled out date.

This is not odd. This is what you make users feel. I am it guy and don't understand why rollout in batches for identical devices

Android P for the Huawei P20 should be pushed to all devices. If you have a Huawei P20 (not the PRO) and did not yet receive the update please send us your IMEI by private message to @FidoSolutions

For those who have the P20 PRO all the IMEIs who did not yet get the update will get it today (January 14th).

The updates were rolling out from 12/17/2018 to 01/09/2019. 

Have you verified the updates on your phone? 

Can you tell me what is the OS version of your device please?
