Activate sim card

I just got my upgraded phone in the mail yesterday with my sim card and I'm having trouble activating the sim card that came for it I am currrently not near a fido store

Are you activating a new SIM for a new line, or an existing line that was suspended?

In any case, you will need to contact us through these channels. The community is a peer-to-peer help channel only.

Welcome to the community!

If your previous SIM card is the same size for your new phone and the card is still working then you can just continue to use your current SIM card in the new phone and keep the new card for future use.
