I was wondering if everyone is experiencing the same issue with the heat while it's being used, i.e.. being on the phone, utilizing GPS, browsing the web and so on or also while charging?

I have found you can't use it WHILE it's charging (at least not heavily) and when charging it needs to be on a flat surface, a hard surface, like a desk as opposed to say, your pillow.

You are not alone,my acer does the same too...specially when you are on 3g...I always keep my phone in my pocket that's why I can feel the heat.I think something to do with the low signal, because at work we have very low signal from fido-rogers network and it drains the battery pretty fast too.But if I am at home or going around the city my phone doesn't get too hot and the battery last too. That's my observation.
