I've been using my unlocked torch for over six months now and I don't have any problem.All the features is functioning (emails,Facebook,twitter,gps and the BBM as long you have a BB data plan on fido.I hope it will help.

You are not alone,my acer does the same too...specially when you are on 3g...I always keep my phone in my pocket that's why I can feel the heat.I think something to do with the low signal,because at work we have very low signal from fido-rogers netwo...

okay I fixed it after searching the net for the answer and I bravely change the apn.the apn used to be cingular,so I just changed it toAPN: internet.fido.caUsername: fidoPassword: fido and now i can watch youtube videos on 3g
