I ordered a Fido Sim card online, giving all my details accurately a few days ago. I received my chip this morning and started using it (making calls and browsing). After two hours, I didn't have any service on my phone and my app said that my account was cancelled.
I did livechat with Fido who said that I should contact the Fraud team and speak with Brendon. I have been calling, leaving voicemail for the past 8 hours to no avail. I also called the validation team and after a lengthy hold, I was put through the Brendon's voicemail again.
I just want clarity on this situation ASAP as to whether I should switch services or resolve this issue.
