I upgraded iPhone 13 on Nov 17 . On Nov 25th , I saw the monthly fee dropped to $20 . So I went to the fido store to ask the price match . They helped to do the adjustment but no contact is provided. I got an email from fido today that the credit is adjusted from $12.8 to $16.3 . So it's 42.8-16.3=26.5, not $20 . Can you explain that ?
