I have a Samsung fe20 and I can not receive verification codes via text or call. I thought at first it was to do with the bank I was trying to receive them from. I called them twice tried different sources and nothing. I was able to receive these in Sept.  Have not used it since . Now when I need to use them can't get a thing.  So frustrating!

Hello Fido members. Letting you all know my 2 step verification code is fixed. It so happened that the number associated with my text code and call codes were blocked. I called Fido to check if I had numbers that were blocked, then they trouble shot my phone I restarted it and hot **bleep** it worked. Thank you Fido!!
