Can anyone tell me if a text forwarding service exists?
Can I forward my texts received on phone A to an altenate mobile phone that can receive texts?
The same way we forward voice calls even tho the phone is turned off.

No, you can not forward text messages but depending on the device you have you could be able to extend calls/text on other devices, Samsung has something here if you have a compatible Samsung device.
