2 months after ordering an iPhone 12 Pro

Hi,

It's been 2 months after I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro online. I did receive an email saying my order is being processed but it's been being processed for 2 months and no further updates are provided. I see some other folks had similar issue with their order for iPhone 12 Pro and I wonder what's happening to my order. Thanks!

I tried contacting by phone number and asked for calling me back in the last two days. I received a machine calling me back and asked me to press 1 and then the machine hung up on me. What's the best way to actually get hold of an CSR?
