voicemail replaced by fido messaging center, unable to access voicemail messages

I am unable to access my voicemail as it has been replaced by "fido messaging center" Previously I could press 1 on my keypad, follow the voicemail prompt to enter access code and listen and delete my messages. Now people cant leave a message because the storage is full. 

The fido messaging prompt asks me to enter the ten digit phone number I want to leave a message for. There is no other prompt. Incoming Ph numbers show up as text messages.

Ive successfully reset-up the fido voicemail and it was the solution of connecting to the correct tech rep of Rogers. A bit of waiting on hold in the que X2. The fido message center was disconnected and voicemail set up from scratch, with help from the Rogers tech - Malcolm
