using my Fido s6 in Europe with, perhaps, local (EU) SIMs

traveling pretty often to EU would be nice to use my Samsung 6 there. I know that if it is unlocked this may be possible. what will be the whole drill? many thanks.

You can also unlock the device at your destination for a fee, of course. In most cases, you`ll have to wait 5-10 minutes untill its done. If you also decide to get a SIM card at the same time, you may even get a discout on the whole thing.

If you bought the phone from fido, it is locked, you need to pay 50$ for unlocking, and that device must have been registered in your account more than 90 days ago if you got the device with an agreement.
