Hi, I was exchange student(University of Toronto). So I used the phone for about 4 months. And when I return to my country, I called Fido on 2018 Dec 27th to stop the phone number I was using(suspend my phone).
But today, I got unexpected charge(45.20 CAD).
I think I had confusion between suspension and cancellation.
So I want to make sure completely cancel my phone and account I was using in Canada and I want to get refund my last bill.
I would be thankful if I can hear feedback.

After cancelling a line, a final bill is always printed so it's not unusual that you received a notification that an amount was due.
Did you take a look at the bill to see if it was your final bill? It would say ''Final Bill'' on the first page.
Let us know and we'll take it from there.
