terrible customer service

Ordered a new phone a couple days ago, everything went well Fido did a credit check and everything, then i check the day after and it shows my plan was canceled. I call customer service and they say that due to fraud my account was canceled and that i should call the number provided. I've been trying to reach that number for a couple days but no response or anything. 
First person told me to go in store and they'll get my account back, i go into the store and the lady there said she can't do anything and that i have to call them back... i've been going back and fourth trying to get this solved. I decided today to cancel the whole thing and just go to a different service provider. By far the worst phone company i've dealt with customer service wise. Very disappointed.
