it has been more than 2 hours and number isnt active.. i recevied my second sim ( the first one was not delivered ) and i think customer service guy must have ported it to previous sim..
first day with fido and this treatment ???

If you did a new activation the SIM would arrive already activated but if you did not receive the first SIM and Fido sent you a replacement that SIM would come pre-activated and you will need to old SIM to activate the new one yourself.
Since you do not have the old SIM you will need to contact customer service and they will be able to activate the new SIM card for you.
