Two days back i went to Fido store and i added up a new line to my existing fido account and got a new device on that new line.
Do to some reason new line activtion invoice (including my personal info) was sent to some one else too and the guy called me to ask why i am using him email.
I called store they said they were added any other email address to my account, on the other hand customer service supervisor said the email was added to my account in the store.
No one is taking the blame and just playing around with me and waiting my time!!!!
