My husband is with another company and just got a new phone can he switch from his company to fido and if so is there a penalty to pay.. i have been a customer for 5 years and have a family plan already with my son on. Thanks in advance for feedback

You would need to verify with his current provider to see if you need to pay a penalty.  As for the plans, we don't have shared plans, but we have many great offers going on right now.  You can see our plans here.

 

If you see a plan you like, you can contact us or go in store to proceed with the activation!
