HEllo, i have montreal number however in my account when i am trying to change my price plan i cant see quebec plans i am just able to see ontario plans so i cant use self serve options Sad why?

are you login in through the website? If so you could change the province thereScreenshot_2018-01-28-09-50-14.png

 Top left = change provinceTop left = change province

Is your choice of plan or address currently in Ontario  ? You choose be able to get Quebec via number good if you can cause they have awesome pricing!!

You may need to clear your cache.ao it does not automatically resent to Ontario or other province. I hope it helps!
