"upgrade" pending

How much more time will it take to my phone "upgrade" (really just bought a new one directly from the website) to be approved? I paid for it on monday, it's been 3 days and the only thing I got was the order confirmation e-mail. My other phone broke and now I'm in a position of having to wait on the complete dark, with no info anywhere on the website or my account for something that usually takes 24 hours to be completed.

The processing delays vary from one phone model to another. At the time of the order, did it give you any shipping delays?
