I joined Fido just over a month ago. I set up automatic payment immediately after opening my account. I just found this notification when I checked my account online this morning. Should I ignore it? Thank you.

Good morning @Adessoeric , I wouldn't ignore any type of payment request from anywhere, but that's just me. I would recommend giving customer support a call, *611 from your device, to clarify your billing. I am in the overly cautious camp and would want reassurance that I am not viewed as being in arrears. Just my 2 cents here. Hope it's all 👍
