promised discount does not show on my account

I was promised by the sales call and confirmed by the customer service representatives that a $10 off discount would be applied to my account and call me back in 24-48 hours,  but no phone call from fido for a long time.

it is nothing about the canada day, because the promise was made way more time before I posted the comment, it had already been over 48 hours before my comment and I called so many times to the client service representatives, but they could not do anything besides asking me to wait for  the discount and the follow-up call to show up, you can even check the notes from them.

Hi @BeanG , sorry you're still waiting for the call. As this is a long weekend for Canada Day, you may not get a call back until Tuesday. You can log in to Fido online and check your billing to see if has shown up yet. If not, you could contact Fido support through any of the channels listed Here
